1. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. By creating an account, using paid features, or submitting an order, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. If you use the service for another person, you confirm you have their permission to provide and process their information.

2. What FIFO Ready provides

FIFO Ready is an AI-assisted drafting and editing tool for resumes, cover letters, profile wording, job-description comparisons, and application-readiness prompts for remote, rostered, offshore, resource, camp, marine, emergency, and seasonal work.

It is not an employer, recruiter, migration adviser, lawyer, training provider, licensing authority, registered employment agent, or safety-certification authority. It does not verify your identity, qualifications, work rights, references, medical fitness, or licence validity.

3. AI output and your responsibility

AI-assisted output can contain errors, omissions, unsuitable wording, or unsupported claims despite our safeguards. You must review every statement before using it. You must not claim employers, duties, dates, equipment exposure, licences, tickets, work rights, safety records, metrics, achievements, references, or qualifications that you cannot substantiate.

Readiness and ATS scores are guidance only. Employer systems and hiring criteria differ, and a score is not certification or a prediction of selection.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining password security, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Accounts and paid resumes must not be shared, resold, scraped, or used to bypass access controls.

5. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of the information and documents you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, transform, transmit, and process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. Product improvement uses aggregated or de-identified diagnostics unless you separately agree to content review. This permission ends when the content is deleted, subject to backups, transaction records, fraud prevention, and legal retention duties.

You confirm you have the right to provide the content and that it does not unlawfully disclose another person’s confidential or personal information.

6. Packages, prices and payment

Prices, currency, taxes, package inclusions, and any valid discount are shown before Stripe checkout. Purchases are one-time unless checkout expressly says otherwise. Starter unlocks the paid resume/readiness package; Pro adds the paid cover-letter entitlement; Elite adds the paid profile-pack entitlement. The entitlement is linked to the eligible saved resume and purchasing account.

Stripe processes card details; we do not store full card numbers. A checkout session or payment attempt is not proof of purchase until Stripe confirms payment and our signed fulfilment record marks the resume paid.

7. Digital delivery, edits and availability

Paid digital access is delivered after confirmed payment and successful fulfilment. Stripe may redirect before the webhook completes, so a short delay can occur. Follow the recovery steps on the success page or contact support with the receipt/session reference if access does not appear.

“Edit while available” does not promise lifetime hosting, permanent cloud storage, or indefinite operation. Download and retain your own copy. We may change or discontinue features, but this does not remove remedies required by law for an existing purchase.

8. Refunds and consumer rights

The Refund Policy explains our launch remedy process. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights for defective or misdescribed digital services.

9. No employment or outcome guarantee

We do not guarantee ATS parsing or ranking, interviews, job offers, employment, income, roster allocation, employer acceptance, visa or immigration outcomes, licensing outcomes, medical clearance, training recognition, or safety-card acceptance.

10. Prohibited uses

• False, misleading, fraudulent, discriminatory, unlawful, or impersonating applications.
• Submitting another person’s information without authority.
• Bypassing payment, authentication, rate limits, entitlement, or security controls.
• Reverse engineering, automated scraping, resale, malware, service disruption, or extracting model/system instructions.
• Using output as proof of a licence, ticket, qualification, safety record, or work right.

11. Intellectual property

FIFO Ready’s software, branding, interface, role frameworks, and original site content remain ours or our licensors’. Subject to payment and these terms, you may use and modify your generated application documents for your own employment search. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and are used descriptively only.

12. Third-party services

The service relies on providers such as Cloudflare, Supabase, Stripe, AI/model providers, and email/analytics providers. Their outages and policies may affect the service. We remain responsible only to the extent required by applicable law.

13. Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, non-payment, abuse, legal compliance, or material breach. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Clauses that logically survive termination—including payment, ownership, disclaimers, liability, and dispute terms—continue to apply.

14. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost employment opportunity, lost income, employer decisions, or loss caused by content you failed to verify. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent the law permits. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

15. Governing rules and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applying where the FIFO Ready operator is established, without taking away mandatory protections available in your country or state. Before filing a claim, contact support with the order reference and requested resolution so both sides can attempt good-faith resolution. You may still use a regulator, tribunal, court, chargeback right, or statutory process available to you.

16. Changes and contact

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. Material changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights. Questions and legal notices: support@fiforesumes.com.
